加用复方樟柳碱辅助治疗继发性缺血性眼底病的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方樟柳碱治疗继发性缺血性眼底病的安全性及对视力的影响。方法:选取本院2016年10月—2021年10月收治的124例继发性缺血性眼底病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组(n=62)。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组另使用复方樟柳碱治疗,比较两组血流动力学指标、视力情况、视力改善时间、不良反应及复发情况。结果:研究组EDV、PSV高于对照组、PI低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组视力改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组自觉症状消失和视力改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱辅助治疗继发性缺血性眼底病的效果确切,能有效改善眼部血流动力指标及视力情况,且不良反应发生率及复发率较低。Objective:To explore the safety of compound anisodine in the treatment of secondary ischemic fundus diseases and its effect on vision.Methods:A total of 124 patients with secondary ischemic fundus disease admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method(n=62).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with compound anisodine.The hemodynamic indexes,visual acuity,visual improvement time,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:EDV and PSV in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and PI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of visual acuity in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of subjective symptoms and improvement of visual acuity in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound anisodine is effective in the adjuvant treatment of secondary ischemic fundus disease,which can effectively improve the ocular hemodynamic index and visual acuity,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate is low.
