摘 要:以轮毂电机驱动汽车轮内悬置构型为研究对象,建立三种随机路面激励下的1/4、3-DOF轮毂电机悬置模型,借助时域图和PSD方法对比分析三种轮毂电机悬置构型时、频特性;基于此,以电机定子悬置的动力吸振模型为例,仿真分析轮毂电机悬架参数对汽车平顺性影响,提出改善轮毂电机驱动汽车平顺性的建议。结果表明:相比轮毂电机多级隔振减振模型,动力吸振型减振模型改善汽车垂向振动负效应的性能更好,且电机定子悬置模型提升汽车乘坐舒适性能优于电机整体悬置模型。Taking the in-wheel suspension configuration of the wheel driven automobile as the research object,the 1/4,3-DOF wheel motor mount model under random road surface excitation is established,and the time and frequency characteristics of the three wheel motor mount configurations are compared and analyzed with the help of time domain diagram and PSD method.Based on this,taking the dynamic vibration absorption model of motor stator mount as an example,the influence of wheel motor suspension parameters on vehicle smoothness is simulated and analyzed,and suggestions are put forward to improve the ride of wheel motor driven automobile.The results show that compared with the multi-stage vibration isolation damping model of hub motor,the dynamic vibration absorption type damping model has better performance in improving the negative effect of vertical vibration,and the motor stator mount model improves the riding comfort performance of the car better than the motor overall mount model.
