摘　　要：目的探索吸附无细胞百白破疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应。方法分析1例吸附无细胞百白破疫苗预防接种引起血管性水肿。结果接种吸附无细胞百白破疫苗可引起血管性水肿。结论重视留观时间,提高疑似预防接种异常反应敏感性。Objective To explore the suspected preventive and abnormal response of adsorbed cell-free DPT vaccine.Methods Angioedema caused by adsorbed cell-free DPT vaccine was analyzed.Results Inoculation with adsorbed acellular DPT vaccine can cause angioedema.Conclusion Pay attention to the observation time and improve the sensitivity of suspected vaccination abnormal reactions.
