合理均衡膳食对学龄前儿童生长发育的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析合理均衡膳食对学龄前儿童生长发育的作用。方法选取2020年1月-2023年1月期间于连云港市海州区妇幼保健所进行体检的100例学龄前儿童为研究对象,采取随机数表法将组间受试学龄前儿童分为观察组与对照组,组间人数均为50例,对照组实施传统膳食方法,观察组实施合理均衡膳食干预,随后针对组间研究对象的身体状态进行评估。结果经数据对比,观察组研究对象身高、体重合理率显著高于对照组;同时观察组学龄前儿童出现健康问题概率显著低于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在学龄前儿童生长发育期间,通过为其实施合理均衡膳食,可有效促进其生长发育,减少其出现健康问题可能性,有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of reasonable and balanced diet on the growth and development of preschool children.Methods A total of 100 preschool children who were admitted to our hospital for physical examination from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into observation and control groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Results The reasonable rate of height and weight of the subjects in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the probability of health problems in the preschool children in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion During the growth and development of preschool children,the implementation of a reasonable and balanced diet can effectively promote their growth and development,reduce the possibility of health problems,and has high application value.
