高等教育高质量发展的逻辑机理与实践探索——以韩山师范学院为例

摘　　要：高等教育高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的优先发展战略。在高校建设高质量教育体系工作中,应确立以教学为中心理念,牢牢把握立德树人工作目标,坚持和加强党的全面领导,遵循教育评价改革方向,这四个方面互为依托、有机联系、密不可分。通过韩山师范学院办学实践,以系统思维方法强化顶层设计的理念,重点从思想政治体系、教学管理体系、教学工作体系、教师队伍体系和教学评价体系等着力提升高等教育教学质量,为有效保障高校教育教学高质量发展提供新思路。The high-quality development of higher education is a priority development strategy for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.In the construction of a high-quality educa-tion system in colleges and universities,it is imperative to establish the concept of teaching as the center,firmly grasp the goal of establishing moral education,adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party,and follow the direction of educational evaluation reform.These four aspects are mutually dependent,organically linked and inseparable.Through the practice of Hanshan Normal University,the concept of top-level design is strengthened through a systematic thinking approach.The focus is on improving the quality of higher education teaching from the ideological and political system,teaching management system,teaching work system,teaching team system and teaching evalu-ation system.This paper provides a new way of thinking for effectively ensuring the high-quality devel-opment of education and teaching in colleges and universities.
