含裂纹损伤试验构件力学试验分析及材料性能研究

摘  要:以裂纹长度相对于构件宽度的比例作为构件的相对裂纹长度,研究了相对裂纹长度对含裂纹损伤试验构件的剩余极限强度、断后伸长率和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着相对裂纹长度的增大,含裂纹损伤试验构件的剩余极限强度呈现近似线性减小的规律,并且含裂纹损伤试验构件剩余极限强度的有限元分析结果可以近似当作材料的屈服强度;当相对裂纹长度较小时,含裂纹损伤试验构件呈现塑性性能,试验构件在荷载作用下发生塑性破坏;当相对裂纹长度较大时,含裂纹损伤试验构件将由塑性性能朝脆性性能快速转变,试验构件在荷载作用下不一定发生塑性破坏;当相对裂纹长度大到一定程度时,含裂纹损伤试验构件呈现脆性性能,试验构件在荷载作用下发生脆性破坏。Taking the ratio of crack length to component width as the relative crack length of the component,the effects of relative crack length on the residual ultimate strength,elongation after fracture and mechanical properties of test members with crack damage were studied.The results show that with the increase of relative crack length,the residual ultimate strength of test members with crack damage decreases approximately linearly,and the finite element analysis results of the residual ultimate strength of test members with crack damage can be approximately regarded as the yield strength of the material.When the relative crack length is small,the steel member with crack damage exhibits plastic performance,and the steel member undergoes plastic failure under load.When the relative crack length is large,the steel member with crack damage will change from plastic performance to brittle performance rapidly,and the plastic failure of steel member may not occur under load.When the relative crack length is large to a certain extent,the test members with crack damage exhibit brittle properties,and the test members undergo brittle failure under load.
