摘　　要：文章对国内在线健康社区用户信息行为的研究的主要成果和研究现状进行了回顾和梳理,并围绕研究机构和热门研究主题等方面展开分析。文章利用主题模型、社会网络分析、文本挖掘等方法对相关文献进行研究,着重对国内现状研究进行对比分析,得出在线健康社区用户信息行为存在跨学科之间的研究趋势的结论,并提出当前主要重视的相关研究和存在的局限性。本研究期待能对未来的用户信息行为在在线健康社区中提供相应的借鉴和参考,对相关研究探索走向成熟提供一点微薄之力。This article reviews and summarizes the main achievements and current research status of user information behavior in online health communities in China,and analyzes the research institutions,network analysis co authored by the authors,and popular research topics.The article uses methods such as topic modeling,social network analysis,and text mining to study relevant literature,with a focus on comparing and analyzing the current research situation in China.It concludes that there are interdisciplinary research trends in user information behavior in online health communities,and proposes the relevant research that needs to be emphasized and the limitations that exist.This study aims to provide corresponding reference and guidance for future user information behavior in online health communities,and contribute to the maturity of related research exploration.
