新时期高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：我国高等教育一直重视学生思想政治教育,这种情况自古以来就没有改变。在当今社会,培养高素质人才、强化公民权利意识,以及各大高校学生品德和声誉的逐步确立与引领社会发展密切相关。这种趋势不仅有助于塑造良好社会风气,也符合中国特色社会主义的发展要求。本文首先确定了解决大学生问题以及辅导员工作中困境的重要性,并对问题成因进行了简要阐述和分析。基于现状,提出了改善思想政治理论课教育工作的策略,在这个过程中需要深入探讨并进行优化。Higher education in China has always attached importance to students'ideological and political education,which has not changed since ancient times.In today's society,training high-quality talents,strengthening the awareness of civil rights,and gradually establishing the moral character and reputation of students in major universities are closely related to leading social development.This trend not only helps to shape a good social atmosphere,but also meets the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper first determines the importance of solving the problems of college students and the difficulties in the work of counselors,and briefly expounds and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the present situation,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the education of ideological and political theory courses,which need to be deeply discussed and optimized in this process.
