城市交叉口反溢流控制方法与应用研究

摘  要:为预防和控制过饱和交叉口的交通溢流现象,提出了1种基于路况数据的交通溢流状态判定方法,排查可能存在溢流现象的交叉口。以清华东路—学清路交叉口为例进行反溢式控制器设置适用性分析。结合交叉口的设施属性和交通流特性,利用智能信号控制器与地磁检测器相结合的方法制定了反溢流控制方案。最后,应用VISSIM交通仿真方法,论证了反溢流控制方案的可行性和和合理性。结果表明:改善后交叉口交通流量增加1.2%,车辆通过交叉口时间减少4.7%~66.1%,有效缓解交通溢流现象,提升了该区域道路整体通行能力。In order to prevent and control the traffic overflow at over-saturated intersections,a method based on road condition data was proposed to determine the traffic overflow state,and the intersections with possible overflow were checked.Taking the intersection of Qinghua East Road and Xueqing Road as an example,the applicability of the backflow controller was analyzed.Combined with the facility attributes and traffic flow characteristics of the intersection,the anti-overflow control scheme was formulated by using the method of combining intelligent signal controller with geomagnetic detector.Finally,the VISSIM traffic simulation method was used to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the anti-overflow control scheme.The results showed that:the traffic volume at the intersection increased by 1.2%,and the time of vehicles passing through the intersection decreased by 4.7%~66.1%.The use of anti-overflow control can effectively alleviate the traffic overflow phenomenon and improve the overall capacity of the road in the region.
