摘　　要：马克思劳动教育思想在教育目的上强调人的全面自由发展终极性与社会主义建设现实性的有机统一,在教育功能上重视育人与育才的有机统一,在教育内容上突出多样化与系统性的有机统一,在教育方法上注重因势利导和灵活多样的有机统一,在教育保障上要求物质基础和社会条件的有机统一。马克思主义劳动教育思想具有重要的当代价值,是坚持社会主义办学方向的重要遵循、推动高等教育高质量发展的重要动力和实现技能型社会的重要支撑。Marx’s thought on labor education stresses the organic unity of the ultimate comprehensive and free development of human beings and the reality of socialist construction in terms of educational purposes,attaches importance to the organic unity of education and talent cultivation in terms of educational functions,highlights the organic unity of diversity and systematicity in educational content,emphasizes the organic unity of adapting to the situation and flexible diversity in educational methods,and requires the organic unity of material foundation and social conditions in educational guarantees.The Marxist thought on labor education has important contemporary value,which is an important guideline for adhering to the socialist direction of education,an important driving force for promoting high-quality development of higher education,and an important support for achieving a skilled society.
