基于中医古籍的眼睑理论研究

摘　　要：中医古籍中表示眼睑的名词术语主要围绕睑、裹(果)、皮、胞(包)和睥命名,主要有眼睑、目睑、目裹、皮目、眼胞、眼睥等。眼睑的生理主要属脾胃,又有目为肝之外候和肺主眼睑之说。从部位上区分,又有上下眼睑分属脾与胃、左睑属肝及右睑属肺之说。眼睑的病理多因风、热、湿、虚、痰、瘀等因素导致。常见致病脏腑有脾、胃、肝、肾,也可合并肺、心致病。脾脏致病包括脾风睑翻动拘急、脾热熏蒸睑生疮、湿热蕴脾睑赤烂,胃腑致病主要为胃热上冲致睑病,肝脏致病包括风热乘肝睑热肿、肝虚生风睑动摇,肾脏致病主要为肾虚水泛睑水肿,脏腑合病包括脾肺阳衰睑肿胀、脾肺虚损睑肿睫松、脾肺壅热睑生疮、肝心壅热睑热肿。此外,血虚风侵可致上胞下垂,痰瘀结聚可致睥生痰核、鱼子石榴等。In ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,the terminology of eyelid is mainly named around eyelid,wrapping,skin,cell and pi.They mainly include eyelids,mujian,muguo,pimu,yanbao and yanpi.The physiology of the eyelid mainly belongs to the spleen and stomach,and there is also the saying that the eyes are outside the liver and the lungs control the eyelids.According to the location,the upper and lower eyelids belong to the spleen and stomach,the left eyelid belongs to the liver,and the right eyelid belongs to the lung.The eyelid pathology is often caused by wind,heat,dampness,deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and other factors.The common pathogenic viscera include spleen,stomach,liver and kidney,and can also be combined with lung and heart.The pathogenesis of the spleen includes palpebral flutter caused by splenic wind,eyelid sores caused by splenic heat fumigation,and red and rotten eyelids caused by dampness and heat accumulating in the spleen.The pathogenesis of the stomach mainly includes eyelid diseases caused by stomach heat rising.The pathogenesis of the liver mainly includes palpebral swelling caused by wind heat taking advantage of the liver,and palpebral shaking caused by liver deficiency generating wind.The pathogenesis of the kidney mainly includes palpebral edema caused by kidney deficiency and water flooding.Visceral and visceral diseases include eyelid swelling caused by yang failure of spleen and lung,eyelid swelling and loose eyelashes caused by deficiency of spleen and lung,eyelid sores caused by heat accumulation of spleen and lung,and eyelid swelling caused by heat accumulation of liver and heart.In addition,wind invasion due to blood deficiency can lead to ptosis of the upper cell,and accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis can lead to the formation of sputum nuclei,roe-pomegranate-like conjunctiva,etc..
