摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法初步构建高血压接诊医师规范化诊疗能力评估指标体系,为进一步衡量医师在高血压诊疗方面的整体水平提供新的工具。方法通过文献检索和半结构化访谈法拟定高血压接诊医师规范化诊疗的能力评估指标体系初稿。选择专家进行两轮函询后,通过研究小组分析讨论确定最终条目。采用权威系数(Cr)衡量咨询结果的权威程度;采用变异系数(CV)及Kendall协调系数(W)评价专家意见协调程度。结果第一轮专家咨询发出15份问卷,回收问卷11份,应答率为73.33%;第二轮发出11份问卷,回收11份,应答率为100.00%。两轮咨询专家Cr分别为0.908和0.900。与第一轮咨询结果相比,第二轮专家意见协调性更佳。结论本研究初步编制了一个包括6个一级指标、20个二级指标、33个三级指标的高血压接诊医师规范化诊疗的能力评估指标体系。Objective To establish an evaluation index system of standardized diagnosis and treatment ability of physician for hypertension based on Delphi method,and to provide a new tool for further measuring the overall level of hypertension diagnosis and treatment of physician.Methods The first draft of the evaluation index system for the standardized diagnosis and treatment ability of physician for hypertension was prepared by literature search and semi-structured interview.Experts were selected for two rounds of consultation,and the final items were determined through analysis and discussion by the research team.The authority coefficient(Cr)was used to measure the authority degree of consulting results;the coefficient of variation(CV)and Kendall coefficient of coordination(W)were used to evaluate the degree of expert opinion coordination.Results In the first round of expert consultation,15 questionnaires were sent out,11 questionnaires were recovered,and the response rate was 73.33%;in the second round,11 questionnaires were sent out,11 questionnaires were recovered,and the response rate was 100.00%.The Cr of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.908 and 0.900,respectively.Compared with the results of the first round of consultation,the coordination of expert opinions in the second round is better.Conclusion In this study,an evaluation index system of standardized diagnosis and treatment ability of physician for hypertension was developed,which included 6 primary indexes,20 secondary indexes and 33 tertiary indexes.
