摘 要:海洋生物污损对海洋生态环境和人类开展海洋活动带来诸多不良影响。在海洋设施表面喷涂防污涂料是常采用的防污手段之一,然而防污涂料中的传统防污剂对海洋生态有一定的危害,亟需开发环境友好型防污涂料。海绵动物是海洋天然产物的重要来源,具有丰富的生物活性。本文综述了来自海绵动物具防污活性的天然产物的研究进展,根据化学结构总结为萜类、生物碱、甾醇类和肽类。另外,总结了防污活性研究较多的海绵动物的种属,分析了现阶段所遇到的问题和未来防污活性天然产物的发展前景。Marine biofouling has brought many adverse effects on marine eco-environment and human engagement in marine activities.Spraying antifouling coatings on the surface of marine facilities is one of the most commonly used methods.However,as traditional antifouling agents pose certain risks to marine ecology,it is an urgent need to develop en⁃vironmentally friendly antifouling coatings.Sponge animals are an important source of marine natural products with rich biological activity.This article reviewed the research progress of natural products with antifouling activity from sponge ani⁃mals.Based on their chemical structures,the aforementioned products were summarized as terpenes,alkaloids,sterols and peptides.In addition,the species of sponge animals that have been extensively studied for antifouling activity were summa⁃rized,and the problems encountered at the present stage and the development prospects of natural antifouling products in the future were analyzed.
