摘　　要：低生育率背景下,各地纷纷把辅助生殖技术纳入医保支付范围。文章对昆明市把辅助生殖技术纳入医保支付范围的政策进行了探讨,分析了目前昆明市实施该政策还存在基金支持不足、同城不同待遇、政策调整滞后等问题,并提出了相关建议。Assisted reproductive technology has been included in the coverage of medical insurance in various places.This paper discusses the policy of bringing assisted reproductive technology into the scope of medical insurance in Kunming City,analyzes the existing problems such as insufficient fund support,different treatment in the same city and lagging policy adjustment,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
