摘　　要：人才培养方案是人才培养的纲领性文件,是人才培养目标、基本规格以及培养过程和方式的总体设计。职业技能等级证书则反映了劳动者在工作过程中具有的职业技能水平。文章从分析人才培养方案和1+X证书制度融合的可行性出发,提出基于1+X证书制度的人才培养方案的优化思路,在专业教学标准、课程设置、组织实施、考核评价、师资队伍等方面互相对接、融合,提高人才培养质量,服务地方经济。Talent training program is a programmatic document for talent training,and it is the overall design of talent training objectives,basic specifications,training process and methods.The vocational skill level certificate reflects the vocational skill level of workers in the work process.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of talent training program and 1+X certificate system,and puts forward the optimization idea of talent training program based on 1+X certificate system,which connects and integrates with each other in professional teaching standards,curriculum settings,organization and implementation,assessment and evaluation,teaching staff,etc.,so as to improve the quality of talent training and serve the local economy.
