摘 要:随着医学教育的发展,住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)已经成为我国医学教育的重要组成部分。住培师资作为住培工作的主体,具有临床经验丰富、专业知识全面、教学能力强等特点,其素质和能力直接影响到住培工作的质量和效果,对提高教学质量、保障医疗安全、促进医学教育改革等具有重要意义。通过对住培师资管理的研究,可以提高住培工作的质量和效果,促进住培制度的健康发展。本论文旨在探讨住培师资管理的重要性,在解决共性问题的基础上提出相应的优化策略。With the development of medical education,standardized resident training(hereinafter referred to as"resident training")has become an important part of medical education in China.As the main body of residential training work,residential training teachers have the characteristics of rich clinical experience,comprehensive professional knowledge and strong teaching ability.Their quality and ability directly affect the quality and effect of residential training work,which is of great significance to improve teaching quality,ensure medical safety,and promote medical education reform.Through the research on the management of residential training teachers,we can improve the quality and effect of residential training and promote the healthy development of residential training system.This paper aims to explore the importance of the management of residential training teachers,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies on thebasis of solving common problems.
