新时代高校本科生的专业认同现状研究

摘　　要：专业认同是学习者在了解所学习学科的基础上产生的情感上的接受和认可,并伴随积极的外在行为和内心的适切感,是一种情感、态度乃至认识的移入过程。专业认同对高校学生的成长发展具有重要作用,专业认同感能影响学生的学习热情,对学生未来的学习投入具有一定的预测作用,大学生对于自身所学专业的认同感与未来所从事的行业或领域都有很大的关系。文章梳理相关研究,通过问卷调查对329名本科生的专业认同情况进行了测量,并讨论和分析了专业认同的影响因素。Professional identity is the emotional acceptance and recognition that learners generate based on their understanding of the subject they are studying,accompanied by positive external behaviors and an inner sense of appropriateness.It is a process of emotional,attitude,and even cognitive transfer.Professional identity plays an important role in the growth and development of college students.Professional identity can affect students'learning enthusiasm and have a certain predictive effect on their future investment.The identification of college students with their current major is closely related to their future industry or field of work.The article reviews relevant research,measures the professional identity of 329 undergraduate students through a questionnaire survey,and discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of professional identity.
