摘　　要：公安高等教育是公安队伍建设的源头和基础,在公安工作中处于基础性、先导性地位。公安院校人才培养质量对于提升公安队伍的业务水平具有重大意义。警校生跨学科教育作为公安高等教育质量的表征之一,已步入高速发展阶段。文章阐述了跨学科教育的概念及警校生教育现状的局限性,从教育目标、教育内容、教育模式等方面对警校生跨学科教育进行了分析,探讨警校生跨学科教育的创新发展方向,有助于培养素质更加全面的警务从业者,使其更好地适应未来不断变化的警务工作新需求,为相关高校教育改革发展提供一定参考。Higher education in public security is the source and foundation of the construction of the public security team,and plays a fundamental and leading role in public security work.The quality of talent cultivation in public security colleges is of great significance for improving the professional level of the public security team.As one of the quality indicators of higher education in public security,interdisciplinary education for police academy students has entered a stage of rapid development.This article elaborates on the concept of interdisciplinary education and the limitations of the current situation of police academy education.It analyzes the interdisciplinary education of police academy students from the aspects of educational goals,educational content,and educational models.It explores the innovative development direction of interdisciplinary education for police academy students,which helps to cultivate police practitioners with more comprehensive qualities and enable them to better adapt to the constantly changing new demands of police work in the future,it can provide certain reference for the reform and development of education in relevant universities.
