摘 要:文章以某省属艺术高职院校的学前教育专业全体在校学生为例,通过问卷调查发现:学前教育专业学生教师职业认同水平较高,专业满意度和专业-职业选择一致性处于中等或中上水平,三者呈显著正相关;志愿选择学生的教师职业认同和专业满意度显著高于服从调剂的学生,男生的专业满意度显著高于女生,一年级学生和三年级学生的专业-职业选择一致性显著高于二年级学生。基于此,提出增强学前教育专业学生职业认同的对策与建议。This study investigates the status of professional identity among early childhood education students at a provincial art vocational college,and explores whether sex,grade,household registration,high school type,and major selection type influence students'professional identity.Results revealed that students exhibited a high level of teacher identity.Their satisfaction with the major and the major-occupation choice consistency were moderate to aboveaverage levels.Significant positive correlations were shown among the three aspects of professional identity.Moreover,students who chose the major through self-selection showed significantly higher levels of teacher identity and major satisfaction compared to those who were assigned to the major.Male students exhibited significantly higher major satisfaction than their female counterparts.The first-year and third-year students showed significantly higher majoroccupation choice consistency compared to the second-year students.Based on these findings,implications in enhancing the professional identity of students majoring in early childhood education were discussed.
