摘　　要：阿胶在中国中药史上拥有近两千年的悠久历史,其名称、原料、功效和炮制方法随时代的变迁存在较大差异。通过查阅古代本草著作、医籍、方书,并结合现代文献研究资料对阿胶的名称由来、原料和功效等进行了本草考证。经考证可知古籍中对“胶”的记载最早出现在战国时期,“阿胶”一词始见于秦汉时期。其炮制方法由古代最简单且常用的炒制和熬制逐渐发展成需运用现代技术炮制的真空法和微波法等。其中蒲黄炒阿胶、蛤粉炒阿胶为使用时间最久、炮制最考究、疗效最突出的炮制方法。该文通过对阿胶的本草考证以及炮制研究进展进行详细阐述,旨在为深入了解阿胶提供切实可循的依据。Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)has a long history of nearly two thousand years in the history of Chinese traditional medicine,and its name,raw materials,efficacy and processing methods vary greatly with the changes of the times.By consulting ancient herbs,medical records and prescriptions,and combining with modern literature research data,the name origin,raw materials and efficacy of donkey-hide gelatin were researched.Through textual research,it can be seen that the records of“Jiao”in ancient books first appeared in the Warring States Period,and the word“Ejiao”began to appear in the Qin and Han dynasties.Its processing method,from the most simple and commonly used frying and boiling in ancient times,has gradually developed into the vacuum method and microwave method with modern technology.Among them,Puhuang(Typhae Pollen)stir-fried Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)and clam powder stir-fried Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)are the longest processing method,the most exquisite processing and the most prominent curative effect.This paper will elaborate on the herbal research of gelatin and the processing research progress,aiming to provide a practical basis for the in-depth understanding of Ejiao(Asini Corii Colla)in the future.
