摘　　要：数字经济时代,企业数字化转型既是机遇又是挑战。数字技术的应用不仅可以满足企业自身发展需要,还可以帮助企业打造核心竞争力、提升绩效,但企业也会面临财务风险。鉴于此,对数字经济时代企业进行数字化转型的必要性进行了分析,按照财务活动环节将企业进行数字化转型可能面临的财务风险分为筹资风险、投资风险、经营风险和收益分配风险四个角度进行分析,最后根据这些风险,提出相关防范措施,希望能为进行数字化转型企业提供参考。In the era of digital economy,digital transformation has become a necessary topic for enterprises,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.The application of digital technology can not only meet the development needs of enterprises themselves,but also help them build core competitiveness and improve performance.However,enterprises will also face more financial risks.How to cope with these financial risks has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of this,the article first analyzes the necessity of digital transformation for enterprises in the digital economy era.Secondly,according to financial activities,the financial risks that enterprises may face during digital transformation are divided into four perspectives:fundraising risk,investment risk,operational risk,and income distribution risk.Finally,based on these risks,relevant preventive measures are proposed,hoping to provide reference for enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
