摘 要:教学创新团队是基于产教融合的新型团队,要起到示范作用,将校企与校际协作共同体、示范性产业学院、创新型实验或实践教学中心等作为团队的依托。教学创新团队的运行需要进行团队成员的分工与协作、团队教师的考核与评价、团队的制度建设。教学创新团队需要建立协同工作机制,包括建立多层次贯通的人才培养模式、约束制度、教研和科研管理制度、专业建设制度等,加强专业带头人、“双师型”教师、青年教师、企业兼职教师能力培养。校企与校际合作的方式包括共建教师发展中心,共同制订人才培养方案,按工作岗位的能力要求制订课程标准,基于工作过程构建课程体系等。教学创新团队建设是一项重要任务,需要众多院校、企业的深度参与,加强创新和探索。The teaching innovation team is a new type of team based on the integration of production and education.It should play a demonstration role and take the school-enterprise and inter-school cooperation community,demonstration industrial college,innovative experimental or practical teaching center as the support of the team.The operation of teaching innovation team requires the division of labor and cooperation of team members,the assessment and evaluation of team teachers and the construction of team system.The teaching innovation team needs to establish a collaborative working mechanism,including the establishment of multi-level talent training mode,restraint system,teaching and research management system and professional construction system,etc and strengthen the ability training of professional leaders,"double-qualified"teachers,young teachers and part-time teachers in enterprises.The ways of school-enterprise and inter-school cooperation include cobuilding teacher development centers,jointly formulating talent training programs,formulating curriculum standards according to the ability requirements of the job and building curriculum systems based on the working process.The construction of teaching innovation team is an important task,which needs the deep participation of many colleges and enterprises to strengthen innovation and exploration.
