摘  要:“双高”建设背景下,高职教育在不断改革创新,传统意义上的育人模式已经不能满足当前社会发展需要和人才培养需求。因此,高职教育的育人机制也在探索创新。基于“政校行企”多元协同创新的育人机制,以企业需求为导向和政府机制安排,促进企业与高校发挥各自的能力优势整合互补性资源,以期实现各方的优势互补,加速培育更多的适合地方行业企业需求的高技能实用人才。本文旨在理清这种四方协同的育人机制。Under the background of"Double High"construction,vocational education is constantly reforming and innovating,and the traditional model of education has become unable to meet the current social development needs and talent cultivation requirements.Therefore,the educational mechanism of vocational education is also exploring innovation.Based on the"government-school-industry-enterprise"diversified collaborative innovation educational mechanism,guided by the needs of enterprises and government mechanisms,this mechanism promotes enterprises and universities to exert their respective capabilities and integrate complementary resources,in order to achieve mutual advantages among all parties and accelerate the cultivation of more high-skilled practical talents suitable for the needs of local industries and enterprises.This article aims to clarify this four-party collaborative educational mechanism..
