摘 要:通过分析联合国教科文组织、国际劳工组织、欧盟近两年发布的关于职业技术教育变革的政策报告,发现当前国际职业技术教育教学的发展趋势主要表现为工作性质由关注专业技能向关注认知能力转变,职业技术教育系统强调以未来为中心,以及职业技术教育教学人员培训呈现多维发展三个方面。我国当前职业技术教育教学发展应从构建技能预测系统、完善职业技术教育系统体系、关注教师专业培训与发展,以及发展可持续职业技术教育四个方面展开思考。By analyzing the policy reports on the reform of vocational and technical education issued by UNESCO,ILO and the EU in the past two years,it is found that the current development trend of international vocational and technical education teaching is mainly manifested in three aspects:the nature of work changes from focusing on professional skills to focusing on cognitive ability,the vocational and technical education system emphasizes the future as the center;and the training of vocational and technical education teaching staff presents multidimensional development.The current development of vocational and technical education in China should be considered from four aspects:constructing skill prediction system,perfecting vocational and technical education system,paying attention to training and professional development of teachers,and developing sustainable vocational and technical education.
