摘　　要：肾集合管癌是一种罕见且高度恶性的肿瘤亚型,大多数患者在初诊时已处于晚期。尽管个案报道或小规模病例系列研究提供了对其的初步认知,但目前治疗效果不理想。由于发病率低很难开展临床试验,目前指南尚缺少统一治疗规范。文章主要就肾集合管癌的手术治疗、放化疗、靶向及免疫治疗等方面进行综述。Collecting duct carcinoma(CDC)of the kidney is a relatively uncommon and highly aggressive subtype of renal cell carcinoma.Most patients are at an advanced stage when first diagnosed.Although case reports or small case series have provided preliminary insights,current treatment results are unsatisfactory.Due to the low incidence,it is difficult to conduct clinical trials,and current guidelines lack unified treatment specifications.This article mainly reviews the surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted and immunotherapy of renal collecting duct carcinoma.
