摘  要:随着车载伺服转台上相控阵面雷达天线组件的应用环境复杂多变、排布密集、热耗越来越高等发展趋势,如何通过伺服转台将热量及时排出成为难点。设计了一种能适应复杂环境的伺服转台液冷管路系统,整个液冷系统通过双路冷却液循环流通,可使供液流量均匀分配。通过实物测试,系统性能指标满足要求,有效解决了伺服转台T/R组件的散热问题。With the development trend of complex and variable application environments,dense layout,and increasingly high heat consumption of phased array radar antenna components on vehicle mounted servo turntables,it is difficult to study how to timely discharge heat through servo turntables.A servo turntable liquid cooling pipeline system that can adapt to complex environments is designed.The entire liquid cooling system can evenly distribute the supply flow through two main inlet and outlet pipelines.Through physical testing,the system performance indicators meet the requirements and effectively solve the heat dissipation problem of the servo turntable T/R component.
