摘 要:为了适应卫星通信向毫米波高频段快速发展的需求,设计实现了一款星载Q频段发射变频放大电路组件。首先,给出了发射变频放大电路的原理框图,通过优化电路布局将信号变频放大电路和本振信号倍频电路高度集成在一个组件内部,实现了组件的集成化和小型化,降低了电路的研制成本。其次,对发射变频放大电路组件的宽带特性进行优化设计,通过优化微带互联线的宽带阻抗匹配网络,同时采用加载短截线的方法增大波导-同轴-微带探针的工作带宽,有效地改善了发射变频放大电路在宽带内的增益平坦度特性。最后,对金属腔体和电源电路进行优化设计,提高电路的稳定性和可靠性。完成发射变频放大电路的加工测试并给出测试结果,整机联调验证后在型号任务中推广应用。In order to meet the rapid development of satellite communication in millimeter-wave,a novel Q band transmission amplicated circuit for space application is presented in this paper.Firstly,the scheme diagram of Q band transmission amplicated circuit is given.The local oscillator-doubler chain and radio frequency-signal amplification circuits have been totally integrated in a single multi-chip module.Then,some measures have been taken to improve the broadband characteristics of designed transmitter.The impedance matching network has been simulated and a new kind of waveguide-coaxial-microstrip probe is optimized to increase its operating bandwidth and decrease the insertion loss with the open stubs.the gain flatness in a wide bandwidth has significantly improved.Lastly,the method to avoid cavity resonance?interference is also introduced.the anti-interference ability of designed circuit is improved by optimizing its DC power supply.This designed Q band transmission amplicated circuit is fabricated and tested.A agreement results have been achieved.It has broad application in the future.
