聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗龟头血管瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,39岁,发现龟头肿物18余年,行激光治疗后消退。6年前龟头处再次出现肿物,逐渐增大,并伴双侧腹股沟疼痛。皮肤科情况:龟头处可见片状皮下肿物,面积约2.5 cm×2.5 cm,肿物局部表面皮肤呈暗紫色,无破溃、伴触痛,触之质软,与周围组织分界不清,活动度不佳。诊断:龟头血管瘤。治疗:聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,注射后肿物消退,术后1个月检查,肿物再次出现,但较前明显缩小,遂再次行聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射,术后4个月电话随访未见复发。A 39-year-old male had a glans mass discovered for over 18 years and resolved after laser treatment.Six years ago,a lump appeared again at the glans,gradually increasing in size.And accompanied by bilateral inguinal pain.Dermatological condition:A patchy subcutaneous mass could be seen at the glans,with an area of approximately 2.5 cm ×2.5 cm,the local surface of the tumor was dark purple in color,without ulceration or tenderness.The texture of the lesion was soft,with unclear boundaries with surrounding tissues,and poor mobility.Diagnosed:glans hemangioma.Treatment:lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent injection.After the injection,the tumor subsided.One month after the treatment,the tumor reappeared again.But it was significantly smaller than before.Therefore,the lauromacrogol foam sclerosing agent was injected again.There was no recurrence in the telephone follow-up after 4 months.
