摘　　要：患者男,37岁,阴茎根部棕色椭圆形斑块3年。皮肤科情况:阴茎根部可见一1.0 cm×1.5 cm大小棕色扁平斑块,边界清晰,表面粗糙,中等硬度,无压痛,检测HPV 6结果为阳性。诊断为脂溢性角化病。治疗给予手术切除。A 37-year-old man presented with a brown oval plaque with a rough surface on the base of penis for three years.Dermatological examination showed the lesion on the base of penis was a well-defined,brown flat plaque,with 1.0 cm×1.5 cm in diameter,medium hardness,and no tenderness.The result from PCR for Low-risk HPV 6 were positive.The diagnosis of seborrheic keratosis was established.The patient received a surgical excision.
