摘 要:为了研究重载辅助运输车在井工矿复杂地质环境中行驶平顺性的问题,利用ADAMS/Car软件建立辅助运输车整车动力学模型,按照国家标准对其在脉冲输入行驶和随机输入行驶工况下的平顺性进行仿真分析。在脉冲输入行驶工况下,求取该车不同车速不同位置处的最大加速度响应,分析脉冲输入对乘员主观感受和重物完整性的影响;在随机输入行驶工况下,求取该车在不同路面不同速度下加权加速度均方根值,应用MATLAB计算各轴向加速度功率谱密度,对辅助运输车的行驶平顺性进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,该车可以在保证乘员舒适度的同时又能保证重物运输完整性,行驶平顺性满足使用要求。To investigate the ride comfort of heavy-duty auxiliary transport vehicles in complex geological environments within underground mine,a comprehensive vehicle dynamics model of the auxiliary transport vehicle was developed using ADAMS/Car software.According to national standards,a simulation analysis of the vehicle′s ride comfort was conducted under both pulse input and random input driving conditions.Under pulse input driving conditions,the maximum acceleration responses at different vehicle speeds and positions were calculated to analyze the impact of pulse inputs on passenger subjective perception and the integrity of transported cargo.Under random input driving conditions,the weighted root mean square acceleration values were determined for the vehicle at various road surfaces and speeds.MATLAB was used to compute the power spectral density of acceleration in each axis,allowing for a comparative analysis of the ride comfort of the auxiliary transport vehicle.Simulation results indicate that the vehicle can ensure passenger comfort while also maintaining the integrity of transported heavy cargo,which meets the requirements for ride comfort in practical usage.
