摘 要:针对现有梭车转向不能实现远程控制的问题,结合梭车全轮转向结构的特点,设计了梭车电液伺服转向系统。通过计算原地转向阻力,根据液压伺服控制技术相关理论建立梭车全轮转向电液伺服转向系统的数学模型和传递函数,并通过仿真软件对不同负载工况下电液转向系统的控制性能、稳定性进行仿真分析。In response to the problem that remote control cannot be achieved for the steering of existing shuttle car,and combined with the characteristics of the all-wheel steering structure of shuttle car,an electro-hydraulic servo steering system for shuttle car was designed.By calculating the in situ steering resistance,a mathematical model and transfer function of the electric-hydraulic servo steering system for all-wheel steering of the shuttle car were established based on the relevant theories of hydraulic servo control technology,and simulated and analyzed the control performance and stability of the electro-hydraulic steering system under different load conditions through simulation software.
