摘　　要：通过北航主楼群项目的实际工程案例,论述了结构鉴定过程及结果、加固方案,阐述了结构鉴定和加固设计中应注意的问题,并分析通用规范的实施对既有建筑鉴定及加固的影响,提出了相应的意见及建议,对既有建筑结构鉴定及加固设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Through the actual project case of main building group of Beihang University,the process and the results of the structural appraisal and the strengthening plan for each structural unit were discussed in this paper.The key problems should be paid attention in structural appraisal and reinforcement design are illustrated,and the impact of the general code on the structural appraisal and reinforcement design of existing buildings are analyzed,corresponding opinions and suggestions are given.This reinforced project has certain reference for the structural appraisal and reinforcement design of existing buildings.
