基于海上油气田的燃气主机防进相运行改造研究

摘  要:主要描述了海上平台滚动开发接入新平台,造成原平台发电机组进相运行后,机组控制容易失稳,造成电网振荡甚至崩溃事故的现象。通过对机组进相运行进行分析,得出机组长时间进相运行是供电海缆呈容性,新平台无大型电机等感性负载,电网无功为负导致的。机组本身的定子线圈及励磁系统高温发热,同时机组进相运行造成电网母线电压降低,电网内设备电流增大,持续发热高温,损害设备绝缘。针对进相运行造成局部温升过高烧毁,严重影响电网的稳定运行给出了三种优化办法并对其应用推广及效益情况进行总结。This article describes the phenomenon of rolling development of offshore platforms connected to new platforms,which leads to instability of unit control after the original platform’s generator units enter phase operation,resulting in power grid oscillation and even collapse accidents.By analyzing the phase leading operation of the unit,it is concluded that the long-term phase leading operation of the unit is due to the capacitive nature of the power supply submarine cable,the absence of large motors and other inductive loads on the new platform,and the negative reactive power of the power grid.The stator coils and excitation system of the unit itself generate high temperature heat,and the phase leading operation of the unit causes a decrease in the voltage of the power grid busbar,an increase in the current of equipment in the power grid,continuous high temperature heating,and damage to equipment insulation.Three optimization methods have been proposed to address the high local temperature rise and burning caused by advanced phase operation,which seriously affects the stable operation of the power grid.The application promotion and benefits of these methods have been summarized.
