摘　　要：新时代、新趋势,随着我国社会经济市场环境逐渐趋于平稳,广大社会群体的消费价值观与生活居住要求正在不断提高。一方面,要求建筑物拥有一定的功能性特点,可以给日常生活与工作提供便利;另一方面,加强对房建项目的安全质量保障,在原有基础上提出优化需求。基于此点背景下,对于现阶段的房建施工企业而言,若是想在同行业市场环境中获得更多竞争优势;就需要将发展目光重新放在房建工程项目中的安全保障性能与质量管理需求。In the new era and new trend,with the gradual stabilization of China's social and economic market environment,the consumption values and living requirements of the majority of social groups are constantly improving.On the one hand,it is required that the building has certain functional characteristics that can provide convenience for daily life and work;On the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the safety and quality assurance of housing construction projects and put forward optimization requirements on the original basis.Based on this background,for the housing construction enterprises at the present stage,in order to gain more competitive advantages in the same industry market environment,it is necessary to refocus their development attention on the safety assurance performance and quality management needs of housing construction projects.
