摘 要:为提升棕榈油分提工艺,采用超声波对结晶罐中的油液进行辅助处理。以分提所得低度液油碘值为指标,研究超声时间、超声时油脂的结晶时间、超声频率、超声功率对分提工艺的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验方案。结果表明,超声波辅助分提最佳设置条件为超声处理时间10 min、超声结晶时间600 min、超声频率28 kHz和超声功率400 W。同时对所得低熔点棕榈液油进行了品质测定,结果显示,超声处理并不会改变所得液油的品质。优化的超声工艺条件加快了棕榈油冷却结晶的进程,缩短了工艺时间,增强了生产运行的稳定性,提升了液油产率,具有良好的应用前景。In order to improve the fractionation process of palm oil,ultrasonic waves were used to assist in the treatment of the oil in the crystallization tank.Using the iodine value of low alcohol liquid oil obtained from fractional extraction as an indicator,this study investigated the effects of ultrasonic treatment time,crystallization time of oil during ultrasonic treatment,ultrasonic frequency,and ultrasonic power on the fractionation process.Based on single factor experiments,an orthogonal experimental scheme was designed.The results indicated that the optimal conditions for ultrasonic-assisted fractionation process were ultrasonic treatment time of 10 minutes,crystallization time of 600 minutes,ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz,and ultrasonic power of 400 W.At the same time,the quality of the obtained palm oil with low melting point was determined,and the results showed that ultrasonic treatment did not change the quality of the obtained oil.The optimized ultrasonic process conditions accelerated the cooling and crystallization process of palm oil,shortened the process time,enhanced the stability of production and operation,and improved the yield of liquid oil,which had good application prospects.
