摘 要:水稻光周期开花是多基因参与协调完成的复杂调控过程。水稻在长日照和短日照条件下通过不同基因主导的调控机制来实现从营养生长到生殖生长的转变。Hd3a与RFT1基因是现阶段研究比较广泛的成花素基因。讨论对长短日照条件下的Hd3a/RFT1基因调控相关基因的作用和特点来总结出4种基本开花基因调控途径,为今后水稻开花调控的深入研究提供参考。Photoperiod flowering in rice is a complex regulatory process in which multiple genes participate in coordination.Rice realizes the transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth through the regulation mechanism dominated by different genes under long-day and short-day conditions.Hd3a and RFT1 genes are widely studied floral genes at present.The effects and characteristics of genes related to Hd3a/RFT1 gene regulation under long and short sunlight conditions were discussed,and four basic flowering gene regulation pathways were summarized to provide reference for further study of rice flowering regulation in the future.
