摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,信息技术的高速发展正在深刻地改变社会生活与生产方式。高校作为培养人才的摇篮,人才的培养与引进是其使命所在。信息化服务已成为高校人事管理的重要组成部分,其对“四个城市”建设的推动作用逐渐凸显。文章旨在探讨大数据时代高校人事管理信息化服务对“四个城市”建设的研究,为深入探讨信息化在高校人事管理中的作用提供理论与实践依据。With the advent of the era of big data,the rapid development of information technology is profoundly changing our social life and production methods.As the cradle of talents cultivation,the universities possess a mission to cultivate and introduce talents.Informatization services have become an important component of personnel management in universities,and their role in promoting the construction of the"four cities"is gradually becoming prominent.This article aims to explore the research on the informatization services of personnel management in universities in the era of big data for the construction of"four cities",and provide theoretical and practical basis for in-depth exploration of the role of informatization in personnel management in universities.
