摘  要:【目的】探究油茶最适磷硒施用浓度,为富硒油茶培育、深度开发提供参考。【方法】以赣无2号2年生嫁接油茶苗为研究对象,设置不同磷水平(单株每盆施用量分别为0.5648、1.1297、1.6855 g,分别编号P_(Ⅰ)、P_(Ⅱ)、P_(Ⅲ))、不同硒水平(单株每盆施用量分别为0、16、32、48 mg,分别编号Se_(0)、Se_(Ⅰ)、Se_(Ⅱ)、Se_(Ⅲ))处理,采取2因素完全随机试验设计,以富硒土壤为基质进行盆栽试验,研究不同浓度磷硒配施对油茶植株各器官硒吸收的影响。【结果】同一硒水平、不同磷水平处理下,低硒(施用量不大于16 mg)条件下,施磷可促进土壤有效磷含量增加。与Se_(0)处理相比,施硒会降低土壤有效磷含量;外源添加有机硒肥均可促进油茶植株对硒的吸收,硒含量增加,硒累积量增加;施磷可促进油茶植株对硒的吸收,硒含量增加,但效果不显著。土壤有效磷含量在Se_(0)P_(Ⅲ)处理下达到最高值19.203 mg/kg,与施硒处理的土壤有效磷含量有显著差异,是Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)处理的5.11倍;土壤硒含量在Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅰ)处理下达到最大值8.712 mg/kg,与对照差异显著;油茶根系硒含量在Se_(Ⅱ)P_(Ⅲ)水平下达到峰值7.05 mg/kg,与其他处理有显著差异;油茶茎硒含量最大值出现在Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)处理下,为4.002 mg/kg,与对照之间差异显著;油茶叶片硒含量在Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)处理下达到最大值1.172 mg/kg;油茶硒累积量在Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)处理下达到最大,单株硒累积量高达52.154μg。磷处理对油茶各器官硒吸收无显著影响,硒处理显著影响油茶各器官的硒吸收,磷硒交互效应可以促进油茶根系对硒的吸收。【结论】磷硒配施可以促进油茶根系对硒的吸收,进而促进油茶各器官硒含量增加,油茶植株各器官按照从土壤转移的硒含量由高到低排序依次为根、茎、叶,土壤硒含量位于根茎的含量之间。从提高肥料利用效率的角度出发,Se_(Ⅱ)P_(Ⅰ)为�【Objective】To explore the optimal phosphorus and selenium application concentration of Camellia oleifera and to provide a reference for the cultivation and in-depth development of selenium-rich C.oleifera.【Method】The 2-year-old grafted C.oleifera seedlings of Ganwu No.2 were set up with different phosphorus levels(0.5648,1.1297,1.6855 g per plant,numbered P_(Ⅰ),P_(Ⅱ),P_(Ⅲ),respectively)and different selenium levels(0,16,32,48 mg,Se_(0),Se_(Ⅰ),Se_(Ⅱ),Se_(Ⅲ),respectively)were set up with different phosphorus levels(0.5648,1.1297,1.6855 g per plant per pot,numbered P_(Ⅰ),P_(Ⅱ),P_(Ⅲ),respectively)and different selenium levels(0,16,32 and 48 mg per plant,respectively,Se_(0),Se_(Ⅰ),Se_(Ⅱ),Se_(Ⅲ),respectively).The effects of different concentrations of phosphorus and selenium on selenium absorption in various organs of C.oleifera plants were studied.【Result】Under the same selenium level and different phosphorus levels,phosphorus application could promote the increase of soil available phosphorus content under the condition of low selenium(selenium not to exceed 16 mg).Compared with Se_(0)treatment,selenium application reduced soil available phosphorus content.The addition of organic selenium fertilizer promoted the absorption of selenium by C.oleifera plants,increased the selenium content and increased the accumulation of selenium.Phosphorus application promoted the absorption of selenium by C.oleifera plants,and the selenium content increased,but the effect was not significant.The soil available phosphorus content reached the highest value of 19.203 mg/kg under Se_(0)P_(Ⅲ)treatment,which was significantly different from that of Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)treatment,which was 5.11 times that of Se_(Ⅲ)P_(Ⅲ)treatment,and the maximum soil selenium content was 8.712 mg/kg under Se_(Ⅲ)PI treatment,which was significantly different from that of the control.The selenium content of C.oleifera roots reached a peak of 7.05 mg/kg at the level of Se_(Ⅱ)P_(Ⅲ),which was significantly different from
