肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的CT影像分析

摘　　要：目的分析原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤(MALT)淋巴瘤的CT影像特征,提高对本病的认识,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析2013年9月至2023年1月经病理证实肺MALT淋巴瘤的CT影像资料。结果9例患者中结节、肿块型5例,肺炎、肺泡型2例,混合型2例,增强后均呈轻中度强化。出现空气支气管征7例,血管造影征6例,晕征5例,跨肺叶征2例。结论肺MALT淋巴瘤临床及CT影像表现多样,临床中结合老年患者、症状轻微、抗炎治疗效果差,影像上出现空气支气管征、血管造影征、晕征、跨肺叶征、病灶轻中度强化时,高度提示本病可能。Objective To analyze the CT imaging features of lung Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma,and to improve the understanding of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods CT imaging data of pathologically confirmed lung MALT lymphoma in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 9 patients,there were 5 cases of nodule and mass type,2 cases of pneumonia and alveolar type,and 2 cases of mixed type.Air bronchial sign occurred in 7 cases,angiography sign in 6 cases,halo sign in 5 cases and translobar sign in 2 cases.Conclusion The clinical and CT manifestations of lung MALT lymphoma are varied.In daily work,elderly patients with mild clinical symptoms and poor anti-inflammatory treatment effect,air bronchial sign,angiographic sign,halo sign,cross lobe sign,and mild and moderate lesion enhancement appear on the images,which highly suggest the possibility of this disease.
