摘 要:以穿越断层破碎带的某隧道为背景,利用数值分析软件建立隧道围岩稳定性数值计算模型,分析注浆加固范围及注浆时机对隧道围岩注浆加固效果影响,结果表明,当注浆范围大于等于2.5 m时,隧道围岩应力集中程度较低,有利于隧道围岩稳定;当等效塑性应变0.0535≤ep≤0.0662时,隧道围岩最终变形量最小。因此在穿越断层破碎区隧道注浆设计中,建议在隧道边墙变形量达到120~150 mm时对隧道围岩开展注浆,注浆管长度不小于2.5 m,此时断层破碎区隧道围岩注浆加固能达到较好的效果。Based on the tunnel of crossing fault fracture zone,numerical calculation model of tunnel surrounding rock stability was established by numerical analysis software,and the influence of grouting-reinforcement-range and grouting-time on grouting reinforce-ment effect of tunnel surrounding rock was analyzed.Numerical simulation results showed that the stress concentration of tunnel sur-rounding rock was lower and it was beneficial to the stability of tunnel surrounding rock,when the grouting range is greater than or equal to 2.5 m.Final deformation of tunnel surrounding rock was minimum when the equivalent plastic strain was 0.0535≤ep≤0.0662.Therefore,in the grouting design of tunnel crossing fault fracture zone,it was suggested that grouting should be carried out when the deformation of tunnel side wall reached 120~150 mm,and the length of grouting pipe should not be less than 2.5 m.Thus the grouting reinforcement of tunnel surrounding rock in fault fracture zone can achieve better results.
