摘 要:某高速公路立交桥发生超高车辆撞桥事故,导致该立交桥箱梁底部破损严重,梁底出现严重露筋,部分预应力钢绞线断裂。针对上述情况,现场进行了养护方案比选,在预应力碳纤维板加固、更换箱梁、体系外预应力钢束加固以及外包开口钢箱加固4种方案中,从对交通的影响、施工难度、工程造价、加固效果等多方面进行比选,最终选择了碳纤维板加固方案对该受损箱梁进行加固。A super high vehicle collision accident occurred at a certain highway overpass,resulting in severe damage to the bottom of the box girder of the overpass,severe exposed reinforcement at the bottom of the girder,and partial breakage of prestressed steel strands.In response to the above situation,a comparison of maintenance plans was conducted on site.Among the four schemes of prestressed carbon fiber board reinforcement,box beam replacement,external prestressed steel bundle reinforcement,and external open steel box reinforcement,the carbon fiber board reinforcement scheme was selected from multiple aspects such as impact on traffic,construction difficulty,engineering cost,and reinforcement effect.Finally,the damaged box beam was reinforced with carbon fiber board reinforcement scheme.
