摘　　要：曲9区块明化镇组和馆陶组地层沉积较厚,地层发育大段易水化软泥岩。水平井钻进过程中钻井液井壁稳定、井眼净化、润滑防卡和储层保护技术难度大。通过优选聚合醇润滑防塌钻井液体系,辅助现场钻井液维护处理工艺,保证了该区块3口水平井的顺利施工,钻完井时效较前期施工井有明显提高,达到了优快钻井的良好效果。The layers of Minghuazhen Formation and Guantao Formation in Qu9 block are thick,and large sections of soft mudstone are easily hydrated.In the process of horizontal well drilling,it is difficult to stabilize drilling fluid wall,clean hole,lubricated anti-stuck and protect reservoir.By optimizing the anti-collapsing drilling fluid system of polyalcohol lubrication and assisting the on-site drilling fluid maintenance and treatment technology,the smooth construction of 3 horizontal wells in the block was ensured,and the drilling and completion time was significantly improved compared with the previous construction wells,achieving a good effect of optimal and rapid drilling.
