摘　　要：随着医药健康产业的发展,探索服务地方医药产业的人才培养模式和建设新型产业学院显得格外重要.以产业学院为载体,研究“校企联动、产教融合”的应用型人才培养途径十分有意义.该文以“通化师范学院的医药健康产业学院”为例,根据地方医药健康产业的发展状况与应用型人才培养需要,对运行机制、人才培养体系、师资队伍和教学资源等进行讨论,力求以医药健康产业学院为依托,提升应用型中医药人才培养质量,为研究解决我国产业升级和转型过程中的人才需求问题提供一定参考.The medical and health industry is developing very fast,so it is particularly important to serve the local medical industry to train talents and build a new industrial college model.With the industrial college being the carrier,the research on the way of application-oriented talents training through school-enterprise linkage and industry-education integration has become very significant.Therefore,taking College of Pharmaceutical and Health Industry of Tonghua Normal University as an example,according to the development of local medicine and health industry and the needs of application-oriented personnel train-ing,the operation mechanism,personnel training system,teachers and teaching resources are discussed.Relying on the College of Pharmaceutical and Health Industry,we strive to improve the training quality of applied traditional Chinese medicine talents,and provide certain references for the needs of talents in the process of industrial upgrading and transformation in our country.
