摘　　要：“三全育人”理念下,高校需要不断解放思想并建立一体化育人体系。目前国内高校的教学系统和学生管理系统未能形成联动的紧密耦合关系,存在着管理队伍分离、管理思维滞后、管理信息独立等问题。高校需要通过优化组织架构、改革传统管理手段、优化课程体系、共享信息数据、提升管理人员素养等措施构建和完善教学与学生管理工作的共融机制。Under the concept of"three full-education people",colleges and universities need to con-stantly emancipate their minds and establish an integrated education system.At present,the teach-ing system and student management system of colleges and universities in China fail to form a close coupling relationship,and there exists the management team separation,management thinking lag,management information independence,etc.Universities need to construct and improve the commu-nion mechanism of teaching and student management by optimizing organizational structure,re-forming traditional management methods,optimizing curriculum system,sharing information data and improving management literacy.
