摘  要:为了尽可能避免因车轮形成中央凹陷踏面磨耗而使铝合金车体产生振动疲劳问题,有必要以有效的有限元模型修正技术来合理构建高铁车辆的刚柔耦合关系。针对德国ICE3原型及一次蛇行现象,提出一种高速转向架动态设计方法,以整车稳定性态分析图来明确自适应改进方向,即λ_(eN)≥λ_(emin)而λ_(emin)=(0.03-0.05)。借用(半)主动车间减振技术,跨越不同速度等级的铁路专线运行亦可实现对中央凹陷踏面磨耗的自清理。拖车TC02/07刚柔耦合仿真与两次跟踪试验在抖车形成机制上得到了具有一致性的分析结论:牵引变流器产生主频约9.2/9.3Hz的横向耦合共振,对车顶的横向角焊缝造成了严重疲劳损伤,但是只要牵引变流器横移模态频率>12 Hz,最好14 Hz,转向架振动报警的安全阈值则可适度提高。To avoid as much as possible the vibration fatigue problem of aluminum alloy carbody caused by the central hollow tread wear of wheels,the rigid-flex coupling relationship of High Speed Rolling Stock is necessary to be established reasonably with the effective correction techniques of Finite Element Model.In view of German ICE3 prototype with primary hunting phenomenon,a dynamical design methodology of high-speed bogies was proposed,and the analysis graphs of full-vehicle stability properties and variation patterns were used to clarify the self-adaptive improvement direction,i.e.λ_(eN)≥λ_(emin) but λ_(emin)=(0.03-0.05).By applying the(semi-)active damping techniques between carbodies,the central hollow tread wear could be then self-cleaned through crossing over the dedicated lines of different speed-grades.Both rigid-flex coupling simulations and two tracking line tests of Trailer TC 02/07 had been obtained the consistent analysis conclusion on the formation mechanism of carbody fluttering phenomena,i.e.the traction converter hanged under floor produces the lateral coupling resonance with dominant frequency ca.9.2/9.3 Hz,which caused the serious fatigue damage to the transverse fillet weld on roof,and then lost completely the technical space to promote the construction speed.However,the safety threshold of bogie vibration warning could be appropriately increased as long as the lateral modal frequency of traction converter was greater than 12 Hz,preferably close to 14 Hz.
