摘　　要：目的观察头痛宁胶囊辅助治疗对偏头痛患者脑血流灌注指标及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月九江市第一人民医院收治的78例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予头痛宁胶囊辅助治疗,连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、脑血流灌注指标、偏头痛发作、血清指标、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)平均血流速度低于本组治疗前,且观察组ACA、MCA、PCA平均血流速度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者头痛发作次数少于本组治疗前,头痛发作持续时间短于本组治疗前,且观察组头痛发作次数少于对照组,头痛发作持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于本组治疗前,且观察组ICAM-1、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者功能限制、功能障碍、情感评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论偏头痛患者给予头痛宁胶囊治疗,可减轻炎症反应,提高脑血流灌注,改善偏头痛状况,提升生活质量,并具有良好的安全性。Objective To observe the effect of Toutongning Capsules on cerebral blood perfusion index and quality of life in patients with migraine.Methods A total of 78 migraine patients admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given Flunarizine treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given Toutongning Capsules adjuvant treatment,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cerebral blood perfusion index,migraine attack,serum index,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA)and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and average blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA and PCA in observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequencies of headache attacks in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the duration of headache attacks was shorter than that before treatment,and the frequency of headache attacks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of headache attacks was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of ICAM-1 and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of functional limitation,dysfunction and emotion in the two grou
