摘　　要：目的 分析不同口腔护理液在降低牙周刮治患者治疗部位感染中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年12月至2023年12月晋江市医院行牙周刮治患者86例,用随机数字表法平均分为三组,A组(28例)采取0.9%生理盐水,B组(29例)采取0.02%呋喃西林溶液,C组(29例)采取0.1%聚维酮碘溶液,比较三组口腔护理应用效果。结果 三组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙龈卟啉单胞菌和总厌氧菌计数均呈降低趋势(P <0.05);三组大肠埃希菌和表皮葡萄球菌阳性率均呈降低趋势(P <0.05);三组手术部位感染率和口腔感染率均呈降低趋势(P <0.05)。结论 在进行牙周刮治时采用口腔护理液不同,其口腔干预效果差异,其中尤以0.1%聚维酮碘溶液的抑菌、抗感染效果最明显,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the application effect of different oral care solutions in reducing treatment site infections in periodontal scaling patients.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent periodontal scraping in Jinjiang City Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into three groups equally by randomized numerical table method,Group A(28 cases) took 0.9% saline,Group B(29 cases)took 0.02% furacilin solution,and Group C(29 cases) took 0.1% povidone-iodine solution,to compare the application effect of oral care in the three groups.Results The plaque index,gingival index,Porphyromonas gingivalis and total anaerobic counts of the three groups showed a trend of reduction(P<0.05);the positive rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis of the three groups showed a trend of reduction(P<0.05);and the rates of surgical site infections and oral infections of the three groups showed a trend of reduction(P<0.05).Conclusions Different oral care solutions were used in performing periodontal scraping,and their oral intervention effects differed,in particular,the antibacterial and antiinfective effects of 0.1% povidone-iodine solution were the most obvious,and there were fewer adverse reactions.
