中西汇通讲好《金匮要略》——以妇人妊娠病脉证并治为例

摘　　要：《金匮要略》是杂病诊治的重要经典著作。金匮要略课程在中医院校广泛开设,为基础与临床的一门桥梁课。为了帮助学生拓宽临床思路、增强辨治能力、提高中医诊治过程的规范性以及疗效的可控性、提升中医诊疗的自信心,让高年级学生能够在本门课程学习结束后快速适应临床各科室相关疾病的辨治过程,教学团队以“古为今用,中西汇通,优势互补”为指导思想,紧密结合临床实际,对金匮要略的教学内容从以下几方面作出新的探索,包括借助西医病名明确诊断,判断优势病种;以现代医学检测手段帮助鉴别诊断;西医病理助认知,据疾病轻重异处理;运用现代药理知识,扬长避短获良效。文章以“妇人妊娠病脉证并治”篇为例,进行具体阐述。Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is an important classic work on the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases.It is widely opened in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine as a bridge course between foundation and clinic.In order to broaden the students’clinical thinking,improve the capacity of diagnostics and treatment,increase the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine and the controllability of the curative effect,and enhance the self-confidence in the TCM diagnosis and treatment,as well as let the seniors who finish learning this course can quickly adapt to the clinic,the teaching team explored the content of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber by the guiding ideology of“making the past serve the present,integrated medicine,complement each other’s advantages”who closely combined with clinical practice.New teaching explorations were made from the following aspects:including making a clear diagnosis and judging the dominant diseases with the help of the disease name of western medicine,modern medical testing means to help differential diagnosis,pathology of western medicine to help cognition,differential treatment of disease severity,and using modern pharmacological knowledge to avoid the shortcomings and obtain good results.
