摘　　要：针对辽宁中医药大学药学院药剂学课程体系设置存在的不足及课程特点,对药物制剂专业课程药剂学进行课程体系改革与人才培养的创新实践,强化以学生为中心、提高实践与创新能力为目标的课程实施及人才培养效果。实施教学考一体化改革、构建网络教学平台与共享教学资源、采用多媒体结合视频辅助教学模式、建立虚拟仿真实训平台等多种教学改革方式。课程体系改革与人才培养的创新实践效果显著,能够激发学生学习主动性、能动性、创新性,学生受益面广。In view of the shortcomings and characteristics of the curriculum system of pharmacy in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the curriculum system reform and the innovative practice of talent training were carried out in pharmacy,a major course of pharmaceutical preparations,which could strengthen the curriculum implementation and talent training effect with the goal of taking students as the center and improving practice and innovation ability.Through the integrated reform of teaching,learning and examination,the construction of network teaching platform and sharing of teaching resources,the use of multimedia combined with video assisted teaching mode,and the establishment of virtual simulation training platform,the innovation practice effect of curriculum system reform and talent training were remarkable,which could stimulate students’learning initiative and innovation,and students can benefit a wide range.
