摘　　要：目的探讨放射状切口与环乳晕切口切除术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于进贤县人民医院普外科收治的60例乳腺纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用放射状切口手术治疗,观察组采用环乳晕切口手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术操作时间、伤愈时间、瘢痕长度均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,外观满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤患者的临床疗效显著,患者创伤更小,瘢痕隐秘性强,且不影响美观,术后并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radial incision and circum-areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroma.Methods 60 patients with mammary fibroma admitted to the general General Surgery department of Jinxian County People's Hospital from Janu-ary 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with radial incision,and the observation group was treated with circum-areola incision.The clinical effi-cacy,surgical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The op-eration time,wound healing time and scar length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than those in the control group,and the appearance satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of circum-areola incision on patients with breast fibroma is signifi-cant,it has less trauma to patients,strong scar concealment,and does not affect aesthetics,it has fewer postoperative complications and high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
